Madness

Target creature gets +1/+0 and gains first strike until end of turn.
Delirium — If there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard, that creature gains double strike until end of turn.

You may sacrifice an artifact or discard a card. If you do, draw two cards.

Create a 0/1 black Wizard creature token with "Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this token deals 1 damage to each opponent."
Whenever your commander enters or attacks, you may pay . If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand.

Overload

Weight of Spires deals damage to target creature equal to the number of nonbasic lands that creature's controller controls.

Welding Sparks deals X damage to target creature, where X is 3 plus the number of artifacts you control.

Shuffle your whammy deck, then reveal cards from the top of your whammy deck until you reveal an Island or choose to stop. Then, if no Islands were revealed this way, Whammy Burn deals X damage to any target, where X is the number of cards revealed. (A whammy deck consists of a Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest.)
